Probably the most guilt-free hawker dish you can find! Fresh fish slices (we've used garouper here) in a tasty broth, complimented with leafy greens, tofu, tomato wedges and seaweed. It's comfort food, especially on a rainy day. Even this healthy dish can command a long queue at a hawker stall.
Red bowl is optional. Soup spoon and chopsticks not included. We recommend combining it with the rice noodles from our Laksa set!
