Welcome!

This little store started as a labour of love. When our family and friends' kids enjoyed our felt food toys so much, we decided to share it with everyone. We are based in Singapore, so many of the items on our menu reflect Singapore's food heritage.

All Heartfelt Makan felt toys are lovingly handmade from high quality felt and polyester filler. Some variations in stitching and felt colours will occur, but we do strive for consistency as much as possible. Do note that because of the small size, these toys are not recommended for children 3 years and below. Our food does look rather realistic!

PAYMENT

 

We accept payment in the following ways:

 

  1. Credit card - We do not store or see your credit card details at all.  All your credit details are securely stored and managed by Stripe.

  2. Bank transfer to a Singapore Dollar bank account (offline payment mode) - At checkout, select the offline payment mode, and instructions for bank transfer will be given. Do inform us once payment has been transferred.

  3. PayPal (offline payment mode) – Send money to our PayPal account. At checkout, select the offline payment mode, and instructions for PayPal will be given. You can pay by credit card if it is linked to your PayPal account.

SHIPPING

Local shipping (Singapore)

All orders are charged a flat $6 for shipping. Free shipping within Singapore for orders above $120. We ship using a courier service. Your mobile number is required. Someone must be present at the address to receive the order. (If you are ordering accessories only, use the code provided to deduct the local shipping fee.) Please ensure the shipping address supplied is correct. Otherwise additional shipping charges may be levied.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally using registered post. Signatures are required upon receipt but it is not tracked at every step. 

Due to covid-19 disruptions, we are currently shipping only to Canada and USA. However, please expect significant delays and check with your local postal service provider on their current delivery methods. We will not take responsibility for lost packages unless it can be proven that the package is lost or the package is sent back to us.

 

If you have an account with an international courier such as FedEx or DHL, we are happy to coordinate with you on using this service. Contact us to enquire.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to some locations. Please write to us to get a shipping quote prior to making an order online. We are not responsible for delays or additional duties/ taxes in the recipient's country. Some of our items include organic materials (e.g. bamboo steamer) and may not be allowed into some countries. Please check if your country has any custom restrictions prior to making an order. Please ensure the shipping address supplied is correct. Otherwise additional shipping charges may be levied.

REFUNDS

 

All orders are made-to-order.  For this reason and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns. Please read item description carefully before you purchase and ask us any questions before making your order.  If you are not satisfied with your order, we will endeavour to reach a happy compromise with you.

 

For cancellation of orders before the item has shipped, 3% of the total transaction is not refundable if payment was made by credit card or PayPal. This is to cover transaction fees levied by the clearing party.
