Roti prata is a Southern Indian flatbread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is usually eaten with a curry, and various toppings or fillings can be added. There are even sweet dessert options!
Our version is the simplest one, kosong or plain. Comes with a felt bowl of curry. Non-toxic water colour paints have been used to create brown markings on the prata.
