Fishball noodles

Fishball noodles are the ultimate Singapore dish, we think. How can a combination of noodles and fish paste in various forms taste so good? Our version comes with 3 fish balls, 2 her keow (fish meat dumplings stuffed with meat), 2 slices of fish cake, one lettuce leaf and one bundle of noodles. Noodles are made from cotton; all other items made from felt.
