Cantonese steamed cod

This is one of our favourite recipes for buttery, silky cod fish - cod in a steak cut, steamed Cantonese style with fried garlic garnish and spring onions. 
 
Set includes 1 cod steak with garlic sewn on and 2 sprigs of spring onion. Red oval serving plate is optional.
