Samgyetang, or Korean gingseng chicken soup, is a hot, steamy, nutritious dish eaten during the summer. Fight fire with fire, as the Korean saying goes. This set includes a small chicken that will fit a bowl with diameter 17.5cm or larger, one ginseng root, red dates and spring onion garnish.
Special feature: The chicken wings and drumsticks can be detached and re-attached with hook-and-loop fasteners (Velcro). Bowl not included.
